About the Role

We are looking for someone to develop marketing plans and strategies to deliver measurable results. The key ownership area of this role it to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They will work with the Global Marketing Team to create, execute and monitor the performance of demand generation campaigns and all marketing activities in Australia. To succeed you’d have excellent project management skills with experience running multiple projects and delivering reports on ROI.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as content, digital, and design, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
  • As and when required, to evaluate and manage external vendors for content syndication, webinars, virtual/physical events.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, website, third party vendors for Content Syndication, Webinars, Events, etc.) and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend and country demand for revenue.
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Set up and execute demand generation programs to generate new leads, increase pipeline velocity and progress existing leads and opportunities.
  • Own, build, maintain and ensure hygiene of the marketing database for priority segments for the local market.
  • Leverage segmentation and buying group data to define target audiences and channels of reach for demand programs and deliver insights to drive campaign optimization.
  • Have a firm understanding of historical campaign performance by segment, audience, product, channel, content type/asset and region to drive data-driven strategic campaign recommendations.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign performance and results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Collect feedback and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Preferably with experience managing processes on marketing automation system.

Skills and Experience

  • A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields.
  • 8-15 years of related job experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns around Enterprise Applications.
  • Software including ERP experience is advantageous.
  • Construction, engineering and / or homebuilding industry knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends.
