About the Team and Role:
Are you a data-driven demand generation marketer who thrives on storytelling, audience engagement, and collaboration? We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Asia to drive strategic, scalable pipeline growth across all segments in the APAC region. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of inbound customer journeys, ensuring meaningful engagement at every stage of the funnel.
You'll work cross-functionally with BDRs, regional sales leaders, partner teams, and stakeholders across both APAC and global HQ. Your responsibilities will include audience segmentation, strategic planning, and partner marketing, all with a focus on measurable impact tied to the business outcomes.

How You Will Make a Difference:
  • Own and execute a high-impact inbound demand generation strategy across all channels in Asia Pacific, with a primary focus on priority markets such as, Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia, attracting, engaging, and converting high-intent prospects into qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Asia Sales Leaders and BDRs to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and support revenue goals - ensuring alignment with local sales priorities and regional GTM strategies.
  • Act as a strategic connector between Asia Marketing, Sales,BDRs, and Partnerships by driving clear communication, regional insights, and shared accountability for pipeline impact.
  • Lead and execute partner marketing initiatives in Asia by collaborating with key regional and global partners to co-create campaigns, amplify reach, and drive joint pipeline growth through events, content, and digital programs.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored for Asia, leveraging digital marketing, field activations, content marketing, webinars, events, and targeted ABM to accelerate pipeline and customer acquisition.
  • Champion marketing excellence by understanding the regional competitive landscape, cultural nuances, buyer behaviours, and market maturity to shape resonant content, CTAs, and high-converting experiences.
  • Drive marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making, ongoing testing, and agile campaign execution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to localise messaging and positioning, creating audience-specific engagement strategies across the funnel for net-new acquisition.
  • Optimise the end-to-end buyer journey by collaborating with global and regional content, creative, and digital teams to enhance existing assets and develop new content tailored to Asian audiences.
  • Define and implement measurement frameworks with Marketing Operations to uncover success drivers and growth levers by country, segment, channel, and campaign.
    Analyse performance and extract insights to inform optimisation, share best practices, and improve future campaign impact.
  • Develop success criteria to inform planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation across a diverse set of stakeholders, markets, and program types.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-moving, collaborative regional team.

Who You Are:
  • 8+ years of experience in combination of channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, partner, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing
  • 6+ years working in B2B marketing capacity
  • Proven expertise building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive leads through the funnel
  • Analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets for site analytics and attribution models. Tableau, Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience managing a multimillion dollar marketing budget
  • Foundational knowledge of performance marketing success metrics and ability to report OKRs and KPIs to executive leadership teams
  • Ability to self-serve in a limited resource environment and comfortable copywriting, ideating general design, and landing page buildout
  • Excellent organisational, time management and collaborative skills with ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile and high growth environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamline workflows
  • Confident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of the midmarket and enterprise buying centers and setting expectations for how we approach this audience.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
$132,000 - $198,000 SGD
