We are looking for an all-rounder project lead to drive the successful delivery and adoption of the Visualfabriq solution (system) across the ANZ market. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end implementation, tailoring scope, ways of working, and deployment outcomes to meet local business needs.

As the key link between market teams (Comex, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning) and the central NRM Programme Team (NRM Performance Hub), you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling business transformation and delivering measurable value. This is an opportunity to influence how we work, optimise processes, and make a real impact on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end implementation, ensuring timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate Market Needs: Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to define requirements and secure sign-off.
  • Drive Change Management: Conduct impact assessments, develop action plans, and oversee readiness activities.
  • Influence & Communicate: Engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver clear, targeted communication strategies.
  • Ensure Data Readiness: Oversee market data provisioning and resolve gaps for successful system deployment.
  • Manage Testing & Go-Live: Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness, ensuring smooth transition.
  • Embed Adoption: Monitor ramp-up, coach teams, and ensure ongoing usage and business outcomes post-launch.

About You:

Essential

  • Experience with trade investment management systems and analytics
  • Proven track record in business change or transformation
  • 5+ years’ experience in core commercial processes (e.g., brand planning, sales plans)
  • Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects

Preferred

  • Strong commercial analytics expertise, ideally with product ownership experience
  • Solid data and analytical skills, with exposure to Net Revenue Management (e.g., promo ROI, pricing)
  • Experience in product development as a super-user, process owner, or technical contributor
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead training or demonstrations of tools/products
  • Previous project management experience
