  • Nurture and grow a high-performing team of 5-7 designers across Australia & North America, empowering them with the right guidance, frameworks, and support to help them to do the best work of their lives.
  • Drive high quality execution across the design delivery of data visualisation & analytics projectsin partnership with our Lead Design ICs, incredible team of Product & Content Designers & cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with some of the smartest (and nicest) people in the industry. Day-to-day you'll work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to develop a shared vision, champion the user experience in our products and ship impactful work.

Ideally you have demonstrated deep craft expertise in interaction design, prototyping, content design, or visual design
  • Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously - both as a hands-on designer, and as a manager
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels, with experience partnering closely with PM & Engineering crafts alongside a complex product delivery.
  • Strong communication, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills that you demonstrate in the way you work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesise feedback, and facilitate design discussions
