Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role
As Design Systems Senior Specialist, you are a custodian for how scalable, personalised content appears across our on -site and off -site digital universe. You create metadata -rich design systems, assets and templates that can easily found , customized , re-used and automatically syndicated at speed across various channels . You ensure brand and accessibility guardrails are incorporated into our AI tools, orchestration engine that fuels personalisation, and leverage taxonomies compatible with our Digital Asset Management System. You will work with various types of content such as images, copy libraries, static design, motion, video, and AI models. This is a detail -driven, cross -functional role that blends governance rigour, high performance with operational enablement. You bring structure to complexity, helping teams navigate compliance requirements while maintaining creative momentum

What You’ll Do
You are a systems thinker and design enabler who thrives on creating structure for creativity. You understand the power of reusable components — and how they unlock speed, consistency, and quality at scale.
Design System Expert – You design content architecture and reusable components that support consistent, high -quality design
Operational Strategist – You manage supply and demand for design system assets with precision
Collaborative Partner – You work across Content COE, Workfront team and the design ABLE teams to align on priorities and execution
Governance Champion – You embed brand, accessibility, and compliance standards into every component
Customer -Centric – You ensure design systems support intuitive, inclusive experiences for all users
Continuous Improver – You monitor adoption and iterate based on feedback and performance data
Technically Fluent – You understand how design systems integrate with platforms like Figma, AEM, and CMS environments
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with AEM Foundations developers to design reusable assets they can build, for re-use by the content team or for self -service by the operate mission
Partner with Content Production teams to understand requirements and ensure design systems enable speed and creativity
Monitor consumption patterns and performance of design system components across channels
Align design system evolution with best practice standards, accessibility requirements, and brand governance
Help maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and governance protocols
Track adoption and identify opportunities for optimisation and simplification
Support integration of design systems into workflows and tooling ( e.g. CAAS, Figma,
AEM, Workfront , Firefly, Co -Pilot, Chat GPT, Adobe Express )
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for design system scalability and enterprise alignment
