As a Desktop Support Engineer, provide technical support for hardware and software across Windows and MacOS, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our trading and technology teams, ensuring they have reliable, high-performance systems to do their best work. You'll troubleshoot issues, deploy hardware and software, and contribute to projects that improve how we support our users. Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline on-site technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues across Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices through Intune and JAMF
- Support productivity tooling such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, MS 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, networking, and authentication
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory, Okta and MS 365
- Collaborate with colleagues across APAC, Europe, and the US to deliver a consistent user and admin experience
Your Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Engineering with strong academic results, or relevant experience in lieu
- 1-3 years of experience in a Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or similar IT support role
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- MDM administration experience - JAMF/Intune/Workspace ONE etc.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows 11, including troubleshooting and configuration
- A passion for technology and proven ability to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise competing demands
