About the Role:
Due to our exciting growth plans, we are seeking an experienced and meticulous individual to fulfill a Development Planning Lead position, focusing on our Marsden Park site (set to be the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, once completed). This position will play a crucial role within our Construction team - managing overarching schedules, reporting and analytics, resource allocation, and critical paths; endeavouring to both optimise and streamline the overall development programme.
- Develop and maintain a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance across the programme.
- Conduct regular reviews of construction sequences, critical paths, and dependencies; aiming to assess risk, optimise resource allocation, and mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data (such as progress reports, resource utilisation, key performance indicators) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations aligned to project performance, milestone achievements, and similar points of note.
- Effectively coordinate with project teams to implement adjustments, reallocations where necessary, and reduce scheduling conflicts.

About You:
The ideal candidate possesses a background combining fluency in Primavera P6, with a deep understanding of construction sequencing and associated terminology. Holding demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics oversight across complex projects; we are seeking an individual who is deadline-focused in nature, with the stakeholder management skillset to effectively communicate with key internal and external parties to drive outcomes.
Essential:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
