We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Digital Account Manager to strengthen customer loyalty and support growth across APAC, with a particular focus on the Australian market. Reporting to the Head of Account Management and Customer Success, APAC,  this role will involve management of a larger portfolio of Partners, requiring excellent written communication skills as well as resourcefulness and creativity to identify risks/opportunities and action them at scale.

The role, what you’ll do:
  • Work with our small and medium business partners and act as the main point of contact for all escalated client matters
  • Introduce Dext's expanded product offering to your portfolio, via a 1:to many approach
  • Develop relationships with scalable contact strategies such as mass email marketing or hosted webinars
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on '1 to many' projects for driving adoption and usage within your portfolio of Partners
  • Identify areas of risk within your Partner portfolio and take action to proactively reduce contraction and churn
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

The goal of the Digital Account Manager is to retain revenue (GRR), generate expansion and cross sell revenue through a 1:to many type approach.

About you, what we are looking for:

Must-haves

    • 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Account Manager, Customer Success Consultant, or Account Manager (ideally within a SaaS environment)
    • You have a self-starter mentality and you lean into curiosity and creativity in the face of a challenge
    • High degree of time management and organisational skills
    • Experience in stakeholder management to become the trusted advisor
    • Coachable and open to feedback
    • Resilience: bounces back from rejection
    • Consistent with daily activity
    • Knowledge of consultative selling & renewal negotiations 

Nice-to-haves

    • Knowledge of Accounting/Bookkeeping
    • Knowledge of SaaS models 
    • Experience in conducting product demonstrations 
    • Experience in change management
