Job Description

The role

The Digital Analyst (UX) supports Beyond Bank to provide the best Digital Experience for customers and the business. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager you will work closely with stakeholders to simplify digital experiences of thousands of Beyond Bank customers.

 

In this role, you will

  • Initiate digital solutions that improve user experience (UX), conversion rates, satisfaction, and back-office processes. 
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders across the bank, design service blueprints,  identify the most optimum solution for customers and define success metrics.
  • Represent the voice of customers by conducting user research and implementing user-centred design principles.
  • Define user stories, validate business requirements, and design mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party providers to assess technical feasibility and define the minimum viable product (MVP).
  • Conduct various product testing by being in the shoes of a user.

Qualifications

About you

  • You are passionate about digital and finding ways to improve user experience.
  • You are familiar with UX principles, conversion optimisation tactics, user journeys and user research.
  • You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, your curiosity leads you to identify the root cause of customer pain points.
  • You are structured and can organise disparate and ambiguous information into summaries and action points.
  • You have 2 years of experience either as a business analyst, or product analyst, or UX designer, or similar.
  • You have experience in the banking or finance industry, you had exposure to banking operations processes and financial products.
  • You have used experience tools, for instance: Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, HotJar, Optimizely or similar.

What does our recruitment process look like?
The process can include a phone screen, video interview, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
