Due to an internal promotion, we now have a great opportunity for a Digital and CRM Executive to join our consumer focussed Media & Digital Excellence team based in North Sydney.
Reporting to the Digital & Data Manager, you will work together to develop and execute Kimberly-Clark's Owned Digital strategy for ANZ including CRM, websites and SEO.
Job Description
CRM

Assist in Developing CRM Strategies: Support the digital and brand teams in creating and executing CRM strategies that align with digital marketing goals and enhance customer engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Help analyse customer data to identify trends and behaviours and assist in generating reports to provide insights for the brand team.

Campaign and CRM Journey Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns and customer journeys across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Customer Segmentation: Help segment the customer base to tailor marketing efforts and improve personalisation, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Legal and Privacy Compliance: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all CRM activities adhere to data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Content Quality Assurance: Ensure all content created for CRM campaigns meets industry best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Websites/General Digital

Work with the digital team to ensure CRM strategies align with overall digital vision for Kimberly-Clark and its brands

Strive for consistent best in class digital experience across all channels for our consumers online

Analyse and report on key success metrics for owned platforms and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders

Manage website content and feature updates

Continually upskill and build general digital and CRM capability with broader marketing team

Be a strong voice for digital marketing within the business and champion digital marketing strategies with key stakeholders across all business functions
About You
-
2+ years experience in the digital marketing space
-
Intermediate understanding of CRM tools
-
Data and analytical skills
-
Basic experience in website CMS
-
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and SEO / SEM
-
Familiar with CRO and testing/optimisation methodologies

Strong attention to detail and project management skills

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders cross functionally

Ability to think proactively and look for solutions.
