The roleThe Digital Experience Marketing Specialist uses growth marketing strategies to increase the use of digital products and features. They use tools like Braze to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys that boost product adoption and engagement.
What you'll be doing- Design and execute campaigns to drive product adoption and engagement
- Optimise customer journeys across the Prospa App and Online, from application to cross-sell
- Promote cash flow tools and digital platforms in go-to-market initiatives
- Build personalised, segmented journeys to boost engagement and retention using tools like liquid scripting
- Use customer data and triggers to create behaviour-based workflows
- Reach customers across multiple channels: email, in-app, push, content cards, and SMS
- Lead experiments and growth initiatives to boost engagement and product adoption
- Use test-and-learn approaches, including creative, audience targeting, and business cases
- Collaborate with GTM and Product teams on communication programs
- Manage third-party suppliers and approvals for marketing assets
- Partner with sales to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with Product to enhance the digital customer experience
- Represent Marketing and Sales in product discovery and development
- Report on and analyse communication program performance
- Identify insights and opportunities to improve results based on key metrics
- Experience creating and running end-to-end customer journeys
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle and digital experiences
- Familiar with tools like Braze, Salesforce, and Segment
- Skilled in using customer data to build personalized, behaviour-based workflows
- Confident in analysing campaign results and applying insights
- Great at working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, GTM)
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn approach
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
- Curious and proactive – naturally inquisitive, keen to explore how things work, and not afraid to ask questions
- Comfortable with ambiguity – willing to try, test, and learn rather than waiting for perfect conditions
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented – able to work things out independently by digging into data, systems, or processes
