Position Overview

Join Hunter Douglas as a Digital Marketing Assistant and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across websites, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand teams to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging digital activity, while gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot, campaign execution, and reporting in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day website updates, content builds, forms, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure website accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
  • Assist with SEO/SEM implementation and reporting, including metadata, links, and campaign assets.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy emails, landing pages, and digital campaigns using HubSpot templates and workflows.
  • Manage lists, segmentation, tagging, and basic database updates for campaigns.
  • Support lead nurturing and customer journey execution within existing workflows.
  • Prepare reports on website, email, and campaign performance, tracking KPIs and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across multiple digital initiatives.
  • Maintain process documentation, checklists, and best-practice guides for digital execution tasks.

Who you are

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ marketing experience, ideally across B2B and B2C environments.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot for websites, email marketing, and campaigns (essential).
  • Understanding of website management, basic SEO, and paid digital activity.
  • Exposure to SEO/SEM reporting and campaign support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, process-driven, eager to learn, and willing to “get hands dirty” to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, able to support cross-functional teams effectively.
