The Role

As a Digital Coordinator at InfoTrack, you’ll get hands-on experience across digital campaigns, events, social media, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and a high-performing team, you’ll play a visible role in how InfoTrack shows up in the market. This is a dynamic, learning-focused role ideal for someone who is curious, energetic, and motivated by “learning through doing.”

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital campaigns across email, social, web, and paid channels.
  • Coordinate events and webinars end-to-end, from promotion to post-event follow-up.
  • Shape InfoTrack’s digital brand presence and social media content.
  • Experiment with AI and automation to improve marketing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, customer, tech, compliance).
  • Track and analyse campaign performance to provide insights and optimise future activity.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field (tech/B2B experience desirable).
  • Exposure to digital campaigns, events, content, or social media execution.
  • Comfortable using CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or social media scheduling platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in technology, AI, and modern marketing trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.
