Your Role & Team

Our newly created Growth Marketing Manager will take end to end ownership across (and not limited to) a full stack of digital channels - from strategy to execution to optimisation. You’ll lead the charge on designing and delivering high-impact, data-driven campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.

You’ll have the autonomy to test, learn and scale what works - backed by a very healthy growth budget that allows you to move fast and make meaningful impact. This role is built for someone who knows how to turn insights into strategy, and strategy into results.

This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Design and execute full-funnel growth campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Build, test, and scale paid acquisition and demand generation programs across digital channels.
  • Use data and experimentation to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and lead flow.
  • Manage agency and platform relationships to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and performance.
  • Report on campaign outcomes with clear visibility into ROI and commercial impact.
Our ideal candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Proficient in using data analytics and marketing technology platforms to inform decisions, analyse campaign performance and optimise digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • A hands-on marketer who can think strategically and execute with precision.
