Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for delivering the best live events worldwide.

Role Objective:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Tour Marketing team, based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.

In this exciting role, you’ll lead digital-first campaigns that drive fan engagement, ticket sales and brand growth across Australia and New Zealand channels. With a blend of creative spark and analytical thinking, you’ll execute targeted campaigns, optimise fan journeys, and use insights to inform decision-making. If you live and breathe digital, understand fan behaviour, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement end-to-end digital campaigns across social, email, SMS, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, including segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the fan journey, grow audiences and drive ticket sales.
  • Analyse campaign performance, providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage content updates and event listings across the CMS to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing, audience targeting, and ongoing refinement of content and messaging.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM/marketing automation roles.
  • Proven experience using platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HTML or similar is highly desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends and fan engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, and mental health support.

Equal Opportunities:

We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion. You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and Homelife. As a growing business, we will encourage you to develop your professional and personal aspirations, enjoy new experiences, and learn from the talented people you will be working with.
