Role Summary
As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Plenti, you will work closely with the Funnel Optimisation Marketing Manager to enhance conversion rates for personal loan and car loan applicants. You will lead and support initiatives that improve the customer experience throughout the application journey and provide detailed analysis to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer messaging throughout the loan application journey, including personalised email nurture sequences and in-app prompts
• Implement abandonment recovery tactics by coordinating outreach efforts to re-engage prospects who have dropped off during the application process
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly funnel performance metrics, compiling data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
• Support the development and execution of a funnel optimisation roadmap
• Design and coordinate A/B tests across application flows, assisting in data collection and analysis of test results to measure performance impacts
• Work alongside UX/UI designers to prepare user experience insights based on research findings and customer feedback, ensuring recommendations align with optimisation goals
• Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and recommended adjustments for Plenti's lending products
• Build informative dashboards that visualize funnel performance metrics for internal stakeholders
• Document requirements for product enhancements, working closely with technology teams to ensure effective implementation
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
Key Competencies:
• Ability to interpret data trends and compile insights into actionable recommendations
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with funnel performance monitoring is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear messaging and engage with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly email and SMS communications
• Enthusiasm for learning about marketing optimisation, customer behaviours, and lending products
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be used for conversion optimisation is a plus
