Worl Kinect is looking for a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing operations team. You’ll support our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborate with marketers across regions to bring campaigns to life in HubSpot and Drupal, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll DoHubSpot Production & Marketing AutomationYou’ll own day‑to‑day execution in HubSpot, including:
- Building emails, templates, workflows, nurture streams, and forms
- Creating and maintaining landing pages and thank‑you pages
- Scheduling, testing, QA'ing, and deploying email campaigns
- Ensuring naming conventions, tagging, and folder structures are clean and consistent
- Supporting list segmentation and light performance monitoring
- Following structured production processes with precision
- Update and publish website content using established templates
- Ensure formatting, structure, metadata, and UX guidelines are followed
- Perform QA before publishing to maintain consistency and brand standards
- Support recurring content updates and campaign landing page refreshes
- Partner with marketers to gather requirements and deliver digital production tasks
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize workflows
- Support team requests across HubSpot and Drupal
- Communicate timelines, risks, and project status proactively
- Assist with light copy editing and formatting where needed
- 1–3 years in digital marketing production (HubSpot, marketing automation, or website execution)
- Hands-on HubSpot or Drupal experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a structured production environment or agency setting is a plus
- HubSpot or Drupal certification a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar (preferred)
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort with multiple simultaneous requests
- Excellent attention to detail—pixel-perfect execution matters here
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow established workflows while identifying areas for improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Curiosity and the desire to grow deeper expertise in digital systems and automation
