Digital Media Senior Solutions Consultant

The Digital Media (DMe) Enterprise Solutions Consulting team is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant who blends enterprise technical presales excellence with deep creative workflow expertise and an enthusiasm for AI/ML innovation. In this role you will bridge complex technical capabilities with creative business outcomes, fuelling both new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with sales specialists, product leaders, and technical experts to design and articulate transformative solutions for our enterprise customers.

What you’ll do

Presales and solution design

  • Lead technical discovery sessions, use-case definition, and executive workshops to identify opportunities that unlock measurable business value.
  • Architect and present comprehensive enterprise solutions to C-suite audiences, aligning Adobe capabilities to strategic objectives.
  • Design and orchestrate enterprise-grade integrations and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Apply deep product expertise to support sales and customers across discovery, presentations, technical validation, and tailored demonstrations.

Technical leadership

  • Build and showcase compelling demos and next-generation creative workflows using Adobe APIs, Firefly Services, and related technologies that translate sophisticated capabilities into clear business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted technical authority across Adobe Firefly Services, Creative Cloud APIs, and adjacent Digital Experience technologies.

Strategic impact and innovation

  • Influence Adobe product roadmaps by capturing customer requirements and distilling real-world enterprise feedback.
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends and synthesise their strategic relevance to Adobe’s platform and customer ecosystem.
  • Represent Adobe at industry events, customer advisory boards, and technical conferences as an expert practitioner.

What you will need to succeed

  • Exceptional discovery and consultative skills, with the ability to lead whiteboarding, ideation, and solution-mapping sessions.
  • Proven enterprise presales experience (5+ years) designing and positioning complex software or platform solutions.
  • Strong API knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful integrations, JavaScript, and/or backend integration technologies.
  • Deep familiarity with creative production workflows, including hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools.
  • Experience with low-code / automation platforms (e.g., Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Apps/Automate).
  • Demonstrated success advancing complex enterprise deals, driving technical validation, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Executive presence and polished communication skills, including experience presenting to C-suite and managing multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience delivering or supporting AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to simplify and translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
  • Commitment to customer success, with a track record of driving adoption, building trust, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
