This is a 12-month contract opportunity. 


Day to day you will:

  • Own the management and ongoing optimisation of paid media campaigns to support commercial objectives across brand, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Conduct end-to-end management of digital performance campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, and Audio.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Publishing teams.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that are effective in supporting decision-making.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Manage the budget and all relevant financial reporting, including forecasting.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and experience in a full-funnel digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of best practices across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and google ads.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to create actionable strategic insights and present them to key stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working directly with audio or programmatic providers such as Spotify or LiSTNR is highly desirable, as is experience across SA360 and DV360.
  • Experience in or knowledge of CRM and marketing automation will be highly regarded.
