The Role:

We are seeking a high-potential Digital Project Manager to join our Product Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate projects, gather business requirements, and support the successful adoption of the swipejobs platform. It's an ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their career in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting implementations, pilot programs, and product rollouts.
  • Lead customer meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand business requirements and identify product opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation projects, and pilot programs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, training materials, and implementation resources.
  • Conduct customer feedback analysis, market research, and competitor reviews to support product improvements and release planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or Project Management through employment, internships, or academic projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and customer needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating clear and accurate documentation.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proficient with Microsoft Office, with an eagerness to learn tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
