This is your opportunity to define the future of sales by forging a new, data-driven path to market. As our Digital Scale Seller, you will partner directly with Microsoft on a scale selling motion, generating opportunities and driving business development.
You are the key liaison between Antares and our strategic partners, championing our cutting-edge AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms, including Modern Work, Application Development, and Data & AI.
This is a dynamic hybrid role that combines the art of strategic relationship-building with the science of data-driven execution. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a robust sales pipeline and close new business that truly matters.

Expected Competencies and Skills
Must Have:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform and innovate sales strategies.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales or business development targets.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage and accelerate leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Adequate technical acumen to quickly understand a non-technical business problem and align it with a technical solution from our AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
Nice to Have:
- A working relationship with Microsoft's sales teams.
- Experience with a range of sales tools, including those focused on data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Business Development
- Champion the Microsoft Partnership: Develop and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft's sales teams (SME & C Account Executives, Solutions Specialists).
- Collaborative Go-to-Market: Partner directly with Microsoft to identify and engage at scale with new and existing customers.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads by collaborating with Microsoft and driving insights from internal customer data analysis.
- Opportunity Conversion: Own the process of converting data-led leads into qualified opportunities with a clear decision-maker, budget, business problem, and timeline.
Data and Analytics
- Data-Led Prospecting: Utilize Antares' customer data to analyse trends, uncover ideal customer profiles, and pinpoint untapped opportunities.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute creative, data-driven outreach campaigns to the most promising prospects.
- Insight-Driven Reporting: Regularly report on key data insights and the effectiveness of your data-led sales initiatives, providing feedback to leadership.
Execution
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, accurate, and predictable sales pipeline in the CRM that ensures the achievement of sales targets.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver professional presentations and confidently manage commercial negotiations to close deals.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers about the value of Antares' offerings and the broader Cloud Collective, seeking to introduce partners where it makes sense.
