Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of our communication platforms. This role focuses on building out our digital communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive better operational efficiencies.

In this role you will:

  • Drive the transition from legacy communication systems to new digital platforms.
  • Develop and present business cases to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for digital initiatives.
  • Implement and manage digital communication strategies to ensure seamless and effective customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimise digital technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain business continuity during transformation projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital communications and transformation within a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, customer engagement strategies, and content management systems.
  • Ability to develop business cases, influence stakeholders, and translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in digital communications.
  • Relevant qualifications in Technology, Business, or a related field.
