Who are we?

Sanitarium is a progressive and dynamic Australian-owned business behind some of Australia’s most recognised brands, including Weet-Bix, UP&GO, So Good and The Alternative Dairy Co.

The Role

Love technology, solving problems and finding smarter ways to work?

We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Analyst to help our people get more from Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation and modern workplace technology.

This is a hands-on, varied role. One day you could be solving an M365 problem, the next building a Power Automate workflow, testing a Copilot experience or helping a team adopt a better way of working.

You’ll work across:

  • Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
  • Power Platform and workflow automation
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents
  • Information protection and governance with Microsoft Purview
  • Digital learning, training and technology adoption
  • Teams Calling, Teams Rooms and meeting technology
  • Digital workplace projects across Australia and New Zealand

Most importantly, you’ll help turn business challenges into practical technology solutions that make work simpler, safer and more effective.

About you

You don’t need to be an expert in everything.

You could come from M365 administration, technical support, automation, business analysis or modern workplace technology. What matters is that you’re technically capable, naturally curious and love figuring things out.

You’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft 365
  • Exposure to SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform
  • Experience with low-code solutions, automation or business applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach
  • The confidence to manage competing priorities and see things through
  • Genuine curiosity about Copilot, AI and emerging technology

Experience with Purview, Dataverse, Copilot agents, Teams Calling, Nintex K2 or information management would be a bonus.

What will help you succeed

You’ll be someone who:

  • Gets excited about solving problems
  • Looks for smarter, simpler ways of working
  • Can talk technology without making it sound complicated
  • Builds strong relationships across the business
  • Takes ownership and gets things done
  • Loves learning and experimenting with new technology

Benefits of working at Sanitarium

At Sanitarium, we support our people both at work and beyond. Benefits include:

  • Early finish every Friday
  • On-site gym and complimentary fitness app
  • Mental health support for you and your immediate family
  • $100 each year towards your wellbeing journey
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing programs
  • Great growth and development opportunities
  • A supportive, purpose-led workplace where you can make a difference

Apply now

If Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI are your thing, and you love using technology to make work better, we’d love to hear from you.

Tell us what you’ve built, improved or solved and how you’ve helped people get more from technology.
