Job Description

At TAL, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth and deliver results for one of Australia’s largest Direct Life Insurance operations. You'll lead a high-performing team and manage four key areas critical to our success.

You’ll be responsible for driving acquisition across leading brands including Insuranceline, TAL, Suncorp Group, Westpac, and new strategic partnerships.

In this role you will:

• Direct Sales Leadership: Oversee a team of 60+ sales professionals across multiple contact centres to achieve top-tier sales results.
• Marketing Acquisition: Lead a team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple brands to meet ambitious lead generation targets.
• In-House Digital Media: Manage our award-winning media team, optimizing acquisition strategies through efficient and impactful media buying.
• Digital Platform Optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of our digital platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences and exceed online sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and sales management in a direct to consumer environment, with a proven record of success.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Commercially minded and strong business acumen.
