Your Role 

As Director of Customer (APAC), you will lead the Account Management, Customer Success, and Implementation teams across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on driving strong Net Revenue Retention through high customer satisfaction, effective onboarding, and customer lifecycle account management. This leadership role includes handling escalations, driving team performance, and developing talent, while promoting customer-centric practices. 

This role could be based in Australia or New Zealand.

Your Responsibilities  

  • Lead, inspire and coach a high performing regional team across implementation, customer success and account management.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer strategy for APAC region, aligned with the overall customer team objective.
  • Drive the Account Management team to achieve and exceed renewal and mid-contract expansion revenue targets. 
  • Work with the VP and COO to execute renewal and mid contract expansion techniques to drive increased ARR.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, focusing on gross revenue retention and customer expansion. 
  • Uphold a smooth transition for the Customer to Re-Leased, ensuring the customer has a deep understanding and confidence to navigate without our support.
  • Monitor key customer metrics including the Onboarding pipeline and ELS, CHS and NPS.
  • Act as the key advocate for customers working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, drive product improvement and act as an escalation point when required. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. 

Your Experience  

  • Significant proven experience leading teams and/or departments.
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry.
  • Experience in leading customer success, account management or implementation teams in the software, technology, or SaaS industry.  
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
