About the Role

​The Director, Engagement Management (Services) will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology and manage a team through large to complex global deployments. In this role, they will use their broad expertise to resolve multiple complex issues in creative and effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal recommendations to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially enhance the Workday Deployment Methodology.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • 11+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
  • 11+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience as Executive Sponsor on project deployments

  • 5+ years experience in one or more of the following: HCM, Payroll or Financial Software applications

  • Ability to present complex technology concepts to c-level executives in an understandable way

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed

  • Promote a positive and inclusive working environment

  • Effectively collaborate across teams

  • Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects

  • Experience with managing a consulting services P&L
