We’re now looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to join us as Director, Enterprise Growth. This is a key individual contributor role focused on bringing in new enterprise clients across ANZ.
If you’re someone who knows how to open doors, build trust with senior stakeholders, and close complex deals, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead all stages of the sales cycle to win new logo enterprise clients
Identify opportunities across major industries such as financial services, retail, telco, government, and tech
Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams, leveraging Innovior (AI, CRM and automation) and Convai (conversational AI)
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide consultative, insight-led conversations
Manage your own pipeline and forecasting with strong CRM discipline
What You Bring
Proven success in enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, technology services, consulting or CX solutions)
Experience closing complex, long-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders
Commercial mindset and confidence working with C-suite buyers
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy
BPO or CX experience is helpful, but not required — strong enterprise sales DNA matters most
