Tracksuit is on a mission to make brand tracking beautifully simple, affordable and always-on — and we’re proud to be working with some of the world’s most impressive brands to bring transparency and ease to brand measurement.

We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic and hands-on Director of Growth to take ownership of our entire growth model — and lead us into our next phase of scale 🙌. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, helping drive smarter acquisition, better activation, deeper engagement, and meaningful expansion. Your sweet spot is where creativity meets experimentation, and where short-term impact ladders into long-term growth.

You’ll be joining our senior leadership team, working closely with our Head of Marketing and collaborating across product, design, engineering, sales and operations. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has been part of scaling a B2B SaaS business from ~$20M to $100M+ ARR.

As our Director of Growth, you’ll report to our Head of Marketing and you’ll be responsible for:

  • A cross-functional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue growth through full-funnel marketing — from pipeline generation to activation and lifecycle optimization. This person straddles the line between demand gen ownership and product-led growth enablement
  • Foster a culture of growth thinking and rapid experimentation, championing the adoption and testing of emerging tools, tactics, and technologies across teams.
  • Take full ownership of our website — we use a headless CMS, and are building a global digital experience that balances personalisation, localisation and performance
  • Work closely with our product team on usage-based and product-led growth strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to connect self-serve and sales-assisted growth motions
  • Track key growth metrics like CAC, LTV, retention, payback and activation — and make data-led decisions to move them in the right direction
  • Lead and grow our small but mighty team — currently a senior growth marketer, brand partnerships manager and engineer, plus performance marketing agency support

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership position
  • Successfully scaled a B2B SaaS business from ~$20M to $100M+ ARR
  • Deep experience across acquisition, activation, lifecycle and expansion — and know how to connect the dots between brand, growth and product marketing
  • A builder’s mindset — you’re happy getting your hands dirty, testing new ideas, and iterating quickly
  • Proven experience leading, growing and inspiring high-performing teams
  • A strong grasp of SaaS metrics and economics — and the ability to translate numbers into action
  • Experience building and scaling global websites and digital growth programs
  • Bonus points for experience with lifecycle automation, usage-based monetisation, and AI/LLMO-led workflows

Why we think you’ll love working at Tracksuit:

  • Tracksuit is one of Australasia’s fastest-growing startups — and at just under 4 years old, we’re already partnering with 800+ amazing brands across the US, UK, AU and NZ including MyFitnessPal, Steve Madden, Bondi Sands, Athletic Brewing and many more.
  • We’re building the common language for brand — and we’re doing it with a globally distributed, tight-knit, and ambitious team. We’re all about transparency, trust, learning, and building something we’re proud of.
  • 🐾 FYI - We’re pet-friendly in principle and practice — with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos.
  • You’ll join a passionate team on a rocket ship growth journey, with opportunities to shape the future of our product, company and culture. You’ll get competitive pay, meaningful equity, generous leave, flexible working and a genuinely supportive, fun team to do your best work with.

Here’s a few things we think make Tracksuit a great place to work:
⦿ Compensation: Competitive market-rate salaries. We’ve also got a fully transparent compensation framework, so everything’s out in the open.
⦿ Equity: Every Trackstar gets a slice of the pie through our ESOP program.
⦿ Wellbeing perks: 6 weeks paid leave, an annual wellness bonus, 401k, and access to top tier EAP services.
⦿ Parental support: 12 weeks paid parental leave for all parents, extra support for IVF, and a phased return to work.
⦿ L&D budget: $1000 per year to spend on your own learning and development — plus heaps of internal opportunities for growth.
⦿ Flex where it counts: We’re office-first, with stunning hubs in NYC, London, Sydney and Auckland — and we support flexibility in how you manage your time.

But don’t take our word for it! You’ll be joining the:
Mumbrella Marketing Company of the Year 2022
HRD Employer of Choice <200 Staff 2024
NZ Hi Tech Awards, Emerging Company of the Year 2024
AFR Best Place to Work Media and Marketing (4th place) 2024
Digiday Worklife 2025 awards:
Most Passionate Employees: Tracksuit Fuels Brands – Passionate Employees Fuel Tracksuit
Most Transparent Culture: Tracksuit, Where Transparency Keeps Us on Track

👉 We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace — a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives.

The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region.
