Job Description:
As a Director on the firm’s Internal Investigations team, you will be working in an industry-leading, collaborative, fast–paced environment and will have the opportunity to conduct a wide variety of investigations for the firm.
The location for this role is MA, RI, NH, TX, FL, or KY.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 10+ years of investigative experience in federal government, financial services or corporate investigations required
- Demonstrated expertise with investigative data analysis
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, leadership, and analytical skills
- Executive briefing experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to master quickly and navigate sensitive and complex organizational, management and employee matters
- Sound judgment to assess risks and identify items requiring escalation
- Business, Audit, Risk, and Compliance experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
The Purpose of Your Role
- Conducts numerous investigations simultaneously, including complex and sensitive reviews
- Performs interviews, analysis, and briefings (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Works closely with Employee Relations, Employment Law group, and other business partners to conduct detailed reviews
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
