Reports to: Senior Director, Planning, Business Insights and Investments (Singapore based)

Job Summary:
This individual contributor role will act as the Director of Investment & Strategic Finance to lead OU-wide analytics, commercial investment evaluation, and strategic financial insights to unlock growth, drive disciplined resource allocation, and strengthen decision‑making across the OU. This role partners closely with OU Marketing, Franchise Finance, OU CFO, Commercial and OU Leadership to build fact‑based recommendations and ensure high ROI on all major initiatives.
Focus, Scope and Impact:
1. PMO Lead for Strategic OU projects
OU Finance PMO for center led strategic initiatives execution across our key top bottlers by leading and partnering with the franchise Operation CFOs to lead the project with the OU leadership teams and corporate.
Execute financial decks and financial storylines for Bottler Top-to-top, Quarterly Financial Planning and Global leadership visits, in partnership with OU strategy.
Drive ad‑hoc strategic financial analyses requested by OU Leadership (e.g., pricing, pack architecture, category deep dives) operate as a flexible, high-capability strategic finance partner while managing multiple concurrent priorities with speed and precision.
2. Finance Commercial Partner and Strategic Customer Lead for Multi-country customer
Lead the financial evaluation and PMO support for OU led commercial projects.
Deliver high-quality business cases with clear financial guardrails and success metrics for OU led commercial initiatives, pack launches and OBPPC resets.
Develop a systematic framework to track OU commercial strategy categorized into affordable, mainstream and premium along with tracking ROI and return of OU commercial investments into assets like CDE among others.
Lead the end‑to‑end financials strategy and story for multi-country strategic customers, integrating commercial plans, DME investment, pricing, and innovation economics into a unified performance framework; deliver quarterly executive reviews with clear insights, risks/opportunities, and actions to protect and accelerate joint business growth in partnership with country operations finance leads and senior manager, customer at the OU
Partner across the OU RGM team to integrate existing insights from internal and syndicated sources, informing strategic priorities and developing insights and strategies grounded in consumer and shopper insights
3. Leading Digital and Technology forward innovation for finance
Lead the OU-wide digital transformation agenda for Finance, identifying, piloting, and scaling next‑generation tools, automation solutions, and data technologies; act as the central PMO to orchestrate deployment, ensure readiness, and deliver measurable productivity, integration, and capability-building outcomes across all markets including Finance and Fuel-light 360 project.
Serve as the OU’s adoption champion for new finance technologies, driving change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous upskilling to embed new ways of working; establish governance, usage KPI tracking, and best‑practice frameworks to ensure long-term adoption, sustained value delivery, and alignment with global digital finance strategy.
4. Business Plan and DME Analytics
Build a robust DME performance analytics engine with standardized dashboards and diagnostic tools to Identify under‑performing DME pools and reallocate spend to high-impact levers while championing continuous improvement in investment productivity.
Lead the delivery of certain key BP templates and deliverables ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across markets; and conducting deep-dive financial and commercial analyses during the BP cycle to surface insights, pressure-test assumptions, and provide recommendations that strengthen the OU’s strategic plan.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in commercial finance within consumer goods companies.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial finance, including comprehensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within consumer goods companies.
Proven track record of leadership, in roles of increasing responsibility, including people management.
Ability to assess and develop investment scenarios to maximize returns on commercial and capital investments, with a focus on capturing market-based opportunities.
Strong communication skills with experience in executive-level communication, capable of conveying complex financial concepts and insights to diverse stakeholders.
