The Challenge

We are looking for a dedicated Director, Partner Marketing JAPAC to lead strategic joint marketing plans and initiatives with our partners. This newly developed role is pivotal in driving ecosystem engagement, generating and accelerating pipeline growth, and delivering measurable impact through joint marketing programs with our most strategic partners. What you'll do
 

Hire and Develop a world class team:

  • Hire and develop a high performing partner marketing team that consistently exceeds goals and expectations.
     

Increase Adobe Ecosystem Engagement:

  • Foster collaboration across Partner Sales, Marketing, PR/AR, Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful plans, programs and ROI.
     

Develop Strategic Joint Marketing Plans that Drive Pipeline & Revenue Impact:

  • Design and support joint marketing plans with our most strategic Global and Regional Systems Integrators, Agencies, and ISVs that generate leads and pipeline, accelerate pipeline progression, and support revenue growth.
     

Executive Collaborator Alignment:

  • Build positive and trusted relationships with external partner executives and internal Adobe leaders and stakeholders through clear communication, alignment building, responsiveness, and regular business reviews.
     

Partner Marketing Enablement:

  • Equip partners with the content, assets, campaigns, plays and tools needed to build and deploy demand generation campaigns and tactics.
     

Solutions Activation:

  • Activate partner solutions via distinct market entry approaches and the execution of joint marketing plans and initiatives.
     

Reporting & Insights:

  • Work with your team and operations leaders to monitor critical goals and metrics, analyze performance, and recommend actions to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates and return on investment.

What You’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, partner sales, or B2B marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and leading high performing teams across APAC and Japan that consistently meet and exceed key objectives including pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance optimization, and best practice sharing across the region.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
