Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Director of Partnerships to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible for executing the region’s partnerships strategy through onboarding and activating partners, optimizing revenue performance and growing brand advocacy for the ALL loyalty program, Accor Plus Subscription products and web direct channel. We’re looking for an experienced loyalty partnerships leader, who can support Accor in strengthening their market leading partnerships across a variety of industries including airlines, financial services, mobility and retail. This position requires someone with strong communication and stakeholder management experience, as well as project management and commercial acumen to drive market-leading results. This role will enhance the performance of partners in the ALL loyalty ecosystem, whilst strengthening the awareness and growth of ALL – Accor Live Limitless as the leading hotel lifestyle loyalty programme in the region.

This role is based in Accor’s corporate office in Sydney.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Define and develop strategic objectives and priorities for loyalty partnerships in alignment with market conditions and business goals.
  • Drive and manage the roadmap of loyalty partnership initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and commitment.
  • Monitor partnership performance, review KPIs regularly, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Execute partnership strategies across markets to support revenue growth of the portfolio.
  • Serve as the main contact for Strategic and Regional Partners, coordinating joint campaigns and exploring new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely activation of partnership plans and initiatives.
  • Support Loyalty Operations by promoting relevant partnerships to hotels for member acquisition and engagement.
  • Work with Brands and Marketing teams to identify and deliver advertising opportunities through hotels and owned channels.
  • Lead and oversee the integration and onboarding of new partners, including documentation and project management.
  • Draft and manage partnership contracts, coordinating with legal teams through to execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with prospective partners in line with central framework and technical requirements.

Qualifications

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the Financial Services, Airlines, or Hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of loyalty programs and ecosystems
  • Solid commercial acumen in loyalty partnerships
  • Multi-market experience, across Australia, New Zealand, or the broader APAC region.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix-reporting environment
  • An entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a sharp eye for untapped potential and innovative partnership models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • Role model in Accor Values and Heartist Culture
