About the Role (your why)

As the Associate Director of Business Platforms you’ll play a key role in the expansion of our business within Australia. You'll be responsible for executive governance of a thriving Dynamics 365 practice as well as leveraging our existing capability to launch Salesforce professional services offerings into the Australian market. Your focus will be to develop and execute a solid growth strategy for both practices, driving innovation, and ensuring we deliver great value to our clients.


What you'll do

  • Dynamics 365 Practice Governance: Work with the General Manager – Dynamics 365 to develop and execute a strategy for growth across the market, providing senior governance and escalation support across the new and expanding customer base.
  • Salesforce Practice Development: Establish and lead the Salesforce practice, including strategy, development, and execution. Drive the growth of the practice by developing and implementing best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored Salesforce solutions, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce and Dynamics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for both Salesforce and Dynamics practices, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively, ensuring the delivery of solutions within scope and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies.
