The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and strategic thinker to join our global team as Director, Product Marketing, Commercialisation. This high-impact role is responsible for shaping and executing the global commercialisation strategy for next-generation implantable medical devices. The successful candidate will drive innovation, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and lead the development of commercial models that deliver long-term value to patients, providers, and payers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of global commercialisation strategies aligned with enterprise goals and portfolio strategy. 

  • Drive revenue growth through innovative commercial operating models, pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies. 

  • Partner with finance to develop robust commercial models and validate go-to-market strategies. 

  • Translate clinical and technical features into compelling commercial value propositions. 

  • Align product launch readiness with strategic objectives to ensure commercial success. 

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and enterprise priorities. 

  • Provide commercial leadership during product design and development phases. 

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Market Access, Training, Marketing Communications, and Sales Excellence teams. 

  • Own the global product launch process, including planning, execution, and KPI tracking. 

  • Anticipate and address market adoption barriers including reimbursement and competitive dynamics. 

  • Maintain deep understanding of market trends and customer insights to inform strategy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in global product marketing and commercialisation within the medical device industry. 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments with demonstratable experience operating across the USA and/or Europe essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organisation. 

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering commercial success in complex, matrixed environments. 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Experience in multinational organisations and familiarity with diverse market dynamics.
