The role
Join us as a Document Development Specialist. This role is document-first: you’ll be creating and reviewing WHS documents, SWMS, SOPs, Safety Management Plans, and ISO manuals (9001, 14001, 45001, integrated). You’ll also support internal teams with expert advice.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain WHS and ISO compliance documents.
- Create SWMS, SOPs, and Safety Management Plans.
- Monitor standards and update the library.
- Provide SME advice to Customer Service, Marketing, and Product.
- Collaborate with software teams on digital integration.
About you
- Strong WHS and ISO knowledge.
- Experience writing SWMS, SOPs, and Safety Plans.
- Clear technical writing ability.
- Confidence working independently as the SME.
