The Opportunity
In this role you will provide specialist advice, guidance, training, technical support and audit services on Third Party Agreements (including DUA’s) across AUSPAC. The DUA Specialist role will report into and support the DUA Governance Manager in ensuring that DUA across AUSPAC is compliant with the Group Underwriting Standards.
Your new role
-
Drive the DUA Team’s strategy for AUSPAC, ensure process improvements and to be delegation focused

Work with the business to ensure that the DUA Governance and Operational Standard is followed for new business, renewal and change of scope.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist in achieving planned outcomes.

Help develop and improve DUA Reporting including metrics, product, business units and underwriting database
-
Help manage and control the content in the Underwriting Agreement Repository

Carry out DUA Audit, Review audit reports (and outcomes) for themes and opportunities, assist in issue tracking and resolution as required.

Deliver training to key stakeholders around DUA and Facilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Sound knowledge and understanding of the General Insurance industry

Ability to effectively manage the risk associated with DUAs and facilities
-
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing complicated concepts in a simple, professional manner

Capability in demonstrating strong relationships with key stakeholders
