Job Description:

The DXC Regional Account Director for APJ will be part of a global DXC sales team that is responsible for all aspects of Broadcom's sales and partner relationships with DXC.

The DXC Regional Account Director for APJ is primarily responsible for driving joint sales activities with and to DXC within the APJ region and supporting all partnering activities. The primary functions of the role are:

  • Align with DXC and Broadcom sales teams and with other key regional stakeholders / regional leadership teams to create joint proposals and business plans with targeted customers.
  • Educate DXC and Broadcom sales teams on DXC rules of engagement and transactional models
  • Manage all aspects of transacting opportunities with DXC:
    • Validate quote requests
    • Engage and align DXC and Broadcom Sales teams (pricing, sales model, product strategy)
    • Provide budgetary quotes
    • Create Offer Forms
    • OEC and CPQ entries and approvals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local DXC leadership
  • Communication, communication, communication; there is a massive amount of time spent communicating with regional DXC resources, answering questions and resolving transactional and relationship matters.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the DXC Regional Account Director for APJ will work closely with his/her counterparts in EMEA and AMER and other members of the global DXC sales team to establish consistent sales practices and procedures, develop account growth strategies, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
