The Dynamics Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration of technology and creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimising personalised customer journeys across B2C and B2B channels, including email, SMS, and web.
Key Deliverables;
Campaign Development & Execution

Design, execute, and optimise end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across B2C and B2B segments using Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Marketing, collaborating closely with Data & Technology teams to maintain compliance with organisational and industry standards.

Develop personalised, timely, and impactful messaging, ensuring seamless cross-channel experiences (email, SMS, web).

Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and contact rules to optimise engagement and retention.

Ensure compliance with digital marketing best practices, data security standards, and privacy regulations (e.g., Privacy Act, Spam Act).
Optimisation & Innovation

Develop testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate, to continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics.

Identify new opportunities for optimisation, leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to enhance performance.

Stay informed on emerging trends in Dynamics 365, marketing automation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing.
Reporting & Insights

Analyse campaign performance using tools like Power BI and Dynamics 365, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.

Showcase key learnings and insights to influence future strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience;

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Intermediate experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation roles.

Proven expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or similar platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo, HubSpot).

Technically savvy, with experience in all aspects of campaign creation and lifecycle management.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and manage implementation from end to end.

Data-driven mindset with a strong foundation in testing strategies and performance analysis.
