We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia as our E-Commerce Campaign Manager in the Online Business (OB) division.
In this role, you will take ownership of planning Samsung's direct-to-consumer campaigns and be a key enabler to drive the execution of Samsung's online strategy. This role will be responsible for developing, refining and executing Samsung's online campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep knowledge of digital channels, and knows how to attract and convert high-intent shoppers.
We are looking for a digitally savvy e-commerce demand generation professional, who thrives in an environment where change and challenge is welcome.

Role and Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation strategies, including paid search, social, display, affiliate, and email marketing

  • Deliver against campaign briefs to support Samsung eStore growth and define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with other teams (such as CRM, Paid, onsite, App, content, design etc.) to execute high-performing campaigns, landing pages and promotional assets

  • Lead, manage, and optimise the complex paid media campaigns for various launches, seasonal, and always on

New Channels and Partnerships

  • Initiate, lead, and deliver marketing activities with key Samsung partners

  • Drive strategic marketing campaigns for the growth of Samsung Small & Medium Business (SMB) channel

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) across various product launches

  • Drive sell-out platform attachment rates via key campaigns and events

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven e-commerce experience in digital marketing and campaign management

  • Implemented go-to-market plans across various digital touchpoints to drive sales and conversion

  • Experience developing and selling-in new propositions & business cases

  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills

  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on to drive results

  • A great attitude and openness is needed to navigate in this multi-cultural environment - understanding when to push and when to pull is a must

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
