Ready to help shape the next chapter of eCommerce in ANZ?

At Resmed, our e-commerce team does far more than keep websites running.

We influence how customers discover, evaluate and purchase products that help improve their health and quality of life. We bring together commercial thinking, customer insight, digital experience and data-driven decision making to create online experiences that genuinely make a difference.

We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our ANZ Consumer Direct team and play a key role in the growth and optimisation of our online stores across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an opportunity to own meaningful work from day one, contribute to strategic decisions, and help shape the digital experience for thousands of customers.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day trading and performance of multiple e-commerce sites while helping identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with Consumer Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, Technology teams and external agency partners, you'll ensure our websites continue to evolve, grow and perform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day trading activity across multiple e-commerce sites, including promotions, product launches, merchandising and content updates.
  • Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, website analytics and trading performance to provide recommendations and drive action.
  • Supporting conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
  • Partnering with Consumer Marketing to align website activity with marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Working with external agencies and digital partners to deliver website enhancements, customer experience improvements and new functionality.
  • Contributing to UX and customer journey improvements by identifying friction points and recommending solutions.
  • Representing the needs of the ANZ market and ensuring local customer requirements are reflected in global digital initiatives.
  • Helping shape future improvements across site functionality, content, navigation and online customer experiences.

What makes this role different?

You'll have a genuine seat at the table from day one.

This isn't a role where you're simply told what to implement. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and contribute to decisions that improve both customer experience and business performance.

You'll work across multiple brands and websites, giving you broad exposure to digital trading, analytics, CRO, UX, customer experience and website optimisation.

You'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of our online customer experience across Australia and New Zealand and play a meaningful role in shaping how our customers interact with our brands.

What you'll bring
  • Experience in an e-commerce, digital trading, online merchandising or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
  • Experience using data and customer insights to inform recommendations and decision making.
  • Experience managing websites, digital campaigns or online customer journeys.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset.

Preferred experience
  • Shopify experience highly regarded.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Exposure to CRO and experimentation programs.
  • Experience using customer behaviour and insights tools such as Datadog, Crazy Egg, Hotjar or similar platforms.
  • Experience with subscription platforms such as Recharge.
  • Experience within healthcare, beauty, retail, consumer products or another regulated industry.

Why you'll love this role
  • Have a genuine voice and influence from day one.
  • Work across multiple established e-commerce brands and websites.
  • Influence customer journeys and digital experiences that directly impact business performance.
  • Collaborate with experienced marketing, digital, product and technology professionals.
  • Gain exposure to e-commerce strategy, analytics, CRO, UX and optimisation.
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Enjoy flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Build your career with a global leader in digital health technology.
  • Make a meaningful difference by helping improve customers' health and wellbeing.
