The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize e-commerce site operations, oversee product launches, and drive conversions through data analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the e-commerce team members, you will be assisting with maintenance & operations of all of the White Fox Stores (AU, UK & USA)
 - You will manage & assist on all onsite content including but not limited to; product descriptions, product tagging, up sells & cross sells, the planning of website banners, merchandising of the search & collections, updating the information pages & checkout
 - Ensure product launches are on time & work alongside the product planning team to ensure new arrivals & restocks are displayed online correctly
 - Develop great relationships cross functionally, including Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, to deliver a strong trading plan
 - Assist with testing & deployment of new developments & platforms, working closely with our development team
 - You will assist with the launch of onsite promotions ensuring the launch is a success, including discount code creation, onsite messaging, banner changes & merchandising of the site, and monitoring when live
 - Ensure the sites/collections are aligned with SEO best practices
 - You will assist with full site audits, ensuring all customer flows & conversion paths are working perfectly with no errors
 - Assist with weekly reporting & have a strong understanding of the trading performance of each site using web analytics tools to monitor performance of all the key metrics
 - Help develop the roadmap & make recommendations for change and feed this back to other managers and Head of Digital
 - Monitor & assist with any operational issues of the websites
 - Drive and optimise customer journey across multiple regions – using data to identify trends and customer behaviour patterns to increase traffic, conversion and AOV
 - You will conduct regular competitor activity reviews across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment
 - You will review onsite search behaviour to gain an understanding of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to drive conversion
 - You will have a strong understanding of our processes & workflows from front end to back end, across all systems & platforms
 - Support all launches, promotions, and development on the White Fox App to drive conversion rates
 
Requirements
- Relevant qualification & minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
 - Experience with Shopify Plus most desirable
 - Experience with merchandising tools
 - HTML, CSS and basic coding technical skills
 - Knowledge of SEO & website optimisation
 - Knowledge of buying, merchandising and range planning processes
 - Strong planning, project management, problem solving and organisational skills
