About the Role.

We are currently looking for a team player to join our Sydney based Payroll processing team. This is a great opportunity to progress your payroll career with a team that truly delivers solutions second to none.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring all assigned clients’ payrolls being processed by deadlines
  • Responding to assigned client’s queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained
  • Processing end-to-end payroll
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports and data
  • Provide product training when/if requested by clients
  • Collecting clients’ feedback regarding system bugs/enhancement and report to team leader
  • Support Team Leader with ad-hoc task when/if required
