Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and management of product listings, including descriptions, tagging, content, and e-commerce images.
- Maintain and merchandise products across multiple storefronts (AU, US, UK).
- Manage on-site search functionality to ensure products are easily discoverable and optimise search performance.
- Work closely with the creative and graphics teams to brief, update, and maintain site and app content across all regions.
- Maintain all product imagery and videos, ensuring they are on-brand and highlight the products perfectly.
- Collaborate with buyers to manage the workflow from stock arrivals to online publication and merchandising.
- Work with the wider e-commerce team on collection launches, making sure banners, products, and all site updates go live smoothly.
- Coordinate with buyers and the design team to organise samples efficiently.
- Assist in creating new website categories and update existing collections with new styles.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team and web developers to maintain and enhance AU, UK, and US websites.
- Help identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve UX.
- Assist in troubleshooting site issues, test new features, and ensure smooth site operation.
Requirements
- Any eCommerce platform experience is desirable but not essential
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing,
- Communications, PR, Digital Marketing (or similar) is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness and ability to learn fast and a commitment to continuous learning and
- professional development
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously
