The eCommerce Assistant will manage shoot samples, collaborate with teams for SEO and marketing, and maintain product listings on Shopify.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer obsessed eCommerce Assistant to join our high performing eCommerce team!

Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all incoming shoot samples, including daily hanging and sorting of apparel deliveries, as well as weekly ordering of non-apparel samples
- Request ad hoc shoot lists from the warehouse, including reshoots, curve, and styling orders
- Collaborate with our SEO agency to create and optimise SEO collections using Shopify Smart Collections
- Regularly update and maintain meta titles and descriptions across collection pages to align with keyword strategy
- Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns, product launches, and SEO initiatives are aligned
- Communicate regularly with the eCommerce Trading Manager and SEO agency on ongoing optimisations
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce, studio, or fashion production environment, with a solid understanding of shoot processes, sample management, and product handling
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams (e.g., Styling, Studio, Product, and Warehouse) to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Experience with Google Suite or similar and Shopify experience highly advantageous
- General understanding and passion for fast fashion and women's clothing
