We are seeking an experienced and analytically sharp Econometric Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and communicating best-in-class Market Mix Modelling (MMM) solutions and other advanced analytics to help our clients optimise media investments and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MMM and advanced measurement projects across diverse industries and APAC markets.
  • Extract, clean, and prepare data for modelling, ensuring data integrity and suitability for analysis.
  • Design and build MMM models using robust statistical and econometric techniques tailored to client needs.
  • Develop clear, compelling data visualisations and reports that communicate insights effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable, business-focused recommendations.
  • Present results and strategic insights directly to clients and agency partners, ensuring clarity, impact, and storytelling excellence.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and scope of work.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and innovations in MMM, attribution, and marketing analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, techniques, and processes that improve product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve and expand the measurement offering to meet changing client and market needs.
  • Support business development activities by scoping projects, contributing to proposals, and participating in pitch development.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of commercial experience in MMM, Attribution Modelling and/or marketing analytics, ideally gained at a marketing effectiveness consultancy or media agency. 
  • Strong client-facing experience and ability to present technical results in non-technical terms.
  • Proven project management experience across multiple clients and projects.
  • Proficient in R, Python, or other statistical modelling tools.
  • Experience using Meridian, Google’s open-source MMM software, is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills, along with knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and G Suite, are considered advantageous.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.
