We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success—someone who can lead software implementations, manage releases and training, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
As an Education Consultant at Civica, you’ll deliver top-notch professional services to clients across Australia. You'll play a key role in configuring solutions, managing multiple implementations, and bringing your expertise in Release Automation to the table.
This role demands excellent time management, priority juggling, and a strong customer-first mindset. Some travel may be required to deliver on-site support and create an exceptional client experience.

What you will do to be successful in this role
- Manage multiple implementations including planning, deployment, and support during and after implementation
- Ensure all milestones, tasks, and documentation are followed according to the outlined methodology
- Build and maintain client relationships by developing new relationships and extending current ones
- Set up, install, and configure software for clients
- Test, document, and perform due diligence for completed implementations and upgrades
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the implementation process
- Manage implementation problems, escalating as appropriate.

- Previous experience in a consulting role
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with tools such as GitHub, ADO, and Azure
- Demonstrated ability to meet project objectives as per agreed timelines

- Exceptional customer service skills, enabling you to foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Effective and confident communicator
