We have an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Real time CRM team in Sydney.

This role will focus on maintaining and optimising the CRM with a focus on real time campaigns across all brands. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Produce first class communications that are engaging, relevant, error-free and most of all, fun. 
  • Advocate for the customer and to develop the tone of voice that we use across all of our brands. Drive the CRM innovation within the team. 
  • Create exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Be an expert in our marketing tools.
  • Maintain the vitality of our communications structure, cadence and proposition. 
  • Make recommendations around how our campaigns could be optimised.
  • Contribute to and execute upon monthly plans to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Create and manage backlogs for creative ideas and testing. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ CRM experience. Understands the lifecycle of the customer.
  • The ability to structure tests, understand data analysis and take meaningful action based on results.
  • Experience of end to end campaign process. Ideation, planning, execution, analysis and optimisation.
  • Experience of self improvement and continuous learning.
