About LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market leading software we develop and support is used by more than 100,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the People team

LEAP is more than a global LegalTech leader – we’re a growing group of innovative brands, all united by a mission to make lawyers’ lives easier. Our People team powers this growth by creating the space, support, and empowerment LEAPsters (and our wider group teams) need to do the best work of their careers. From first day to final day, we make every experience count.

Now, we’re bringing our employer brand to life across the LEAP Group. We’re looking for a creative, curious, hands-on Employer Brand Specialist – a marketer at heart, who knows how to get things done and tell a story people remember – primarily for LEAP, but also weaving in the voices of our related brands to show how we thrive together.

What you’ll do

Our mission is clear: attract and retain the best talent by creating a workplace people love. As our Employer Brand Specialist, you’ll craft strategies and content that showcase why LEAP is a great place to work – inside the company and out. You’ll partner across teams and regions, spark connection, and thrive in a culture that values curiosity, bold ideas, and hands-on ownership.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Bring our EVP to life – turn brand pillars into sharp messaging, toolkits, and creative assets that resonate both locally and globally.
  • Drive internal communications – share good news, tell powerful stories, and create community so LEAPsters everywhere stay informed and engaged.
  • Activate the brand everywhere – from careers site and social media to events and onboarding touchpoints (LEAP and related brands).
  • Power recruitment marketing – plan and execute data-driven campaigns with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.
  • Create compelling content – partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to showcase our people, culture, and purpose across channels.
  • Measure what matters – track results, analyse ROI, and optimise campaigns with data-driven insights.
  • Enable consistency – build resources and guidance to ensure a seamless, on-brand candidate and employee experience, no matter what brand or product they’re working on.
  • Partner across the business – work with local and global stakeholders to align and amplify employer brand and internal engagement initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of trends – bring fresh, inclusive ideas to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or brand marketing (ideally within a global, matrixed environment).
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with an eye for authenticity and resonance across different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to combine creativity with execution, turning ideas into results.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills to keep multiple projects moving and deliver quality on deadline.
  • Confidence to engage, influence, and support senior leaders across teams and regions – collaborating and guiding, rather than directing.

What you’ll get

  • Your work matters. Helping lawyers help people sits at the heart of everything we do. We solve real world problems that improve and support local, everyday law firms. So they can do their best work for the people in the communities they serve.
  • Make an impact. You won’t be another ‘cog in the wheel’ here. We give full trust and autonomy for you to be heard, to work on big & complex projects – and to make a real difference.
  • Work with a group of authentic, passionate people who love what they do.
  • Well-funded and global. LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and New Zealand. We're part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies.
  • Flexible and hybrid working. We'd like to find this person in Sydney, but we want you to work in a way that suits you and we're open to flexible arrangements that support you. We're open to this role being part time, 4 days per week.
  • Grow your career with us. Our founder Christian Beck has been building legal tech businesses for over 30 years. There are opportunities galore to expand your career based on where your interests lie. We're not afraid to pivot based on market conditions - you will always have the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and do your best work here.
  • Have fun with us. Celebrations. Socials. Sports teams. Access to sailing and yacht events.
  • We value your well-being - enjoy an additional paid wellbeing day every year, free gym membership, corporate dental plan and weekly massages in the office. We'll throw in a catered lunch and breakfast every week too. Oh and an on-site barista.
  • Access to LEAP Home - a program unique to LEAP to support you in buying your primary residence.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
