Are you passionate about energy solutions and eager to make a tangible impact on commercial and industrial clients? Shell Energy is looking for an enthusiastic Energy Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. In this role, you’ll combine customer-facing support with hands-on systems optimization, helping our clients improve their energy productivity and sustainability.

With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and connection of new clients to the Energy Management Centre service.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client energy data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Provide ongoing consulting on system design, data integration, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot technical issues related to energy systems.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system deployment and client satisfaction.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data systems and basic programming (e.g., Python).

  • Knowledge of energy or mechanical systems in a commercial setting.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

  • A willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:
