Program Overview

  • Commence February 2026 with other Graduates in your cohort
  • Two-year program with cross-functional business exposure
  • Structured rotations through our Engineering function, including Engineering Services, Equipment Assembly, Safety, Sales, Product Solutions, Innovation and Tenders and Contracts
  • Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities
  • Coaching, mentoring and professional skill development
  • On the job training and education - apply your tertiary studies to real life experience 

About You

  • Recent graduate (0-3 years) or expected to graduate in 2025
  • University qualification in Engineering
  • Strong communicator, customer service focus and team player!
  • Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Committed to developing your career in Engineering at Hastings Deering

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process follows a staged approach:

Round One – Video Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a video interview with our talent acquisition team.

Round Two – Engagement Centre & Interview
Successful candidates will participate in an engagement centre and a formal interview.
Finalists will have the opportunity to connect with other graduates and program sponsors in May 2025.
